We had a tree fall in our backyard that landed in our pool and on our fence. GM2 was there same day to provide an estimate and started work next day to do the cleanup and tree removal. They were done that week and did an amazing job. They were super friendly and checked in each day for how things were going. Could not say enough nice things about them and highly recommend.

I live on the west side of Avon, CT. I was in desperate need of a reasonable price for several trees to be removed (one about 30+ feet and dead inside), the trimming of many branches, etc. The empoyees arrived on time, laid down hard plastic panels to soften the weight of their trucks on parts of my lawn, did everything I asked for at a reaonable price, hauled away the debris, and, even blew the leaves and branches off the roof of my porch! What a crew!! All worked together and in sync. Noone dallied. All were very busy, friendly and pleasant. They even answered my questions which as the chief cook and bottle washer at my house, was/is important to me! They left when they said that they would be finished! I love that!! I would highly recommend them! I was also impressed with the equipment which showed up on my street and in my yard! I was in awe!!

Very professional every step of the process. Crew was obviously experienced and methodical in how they removed trees near power lines. Avoided damage to lawn and cleaned up thoroughly. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Joe from GM2 Tree Service was the only contractor that called me to follow up after the site visit. He followed up again a few days later, with a phone call, inquiring if I had made a decision. This was one of the factors that caused me to hire GM2. None of the other contractors called me. All communication was through them was text message. Joe and his uncle also came out for second site visit when I informed Joe I had received a lower bid. Within the hour they were at my property surveying the tree and the property and agreed to match the other contractor’s bid. The work was exceptional. The crew was prompt, professional, and from my observation very qualified and experienced with difficult tree removal. They completed the work in one day, despite the tree being about 75 feet high, entangled with another tree, and numerous power and communication lines within feet of the tree. They left the property with the least amount of damage to other shrubs and the grounds, again despite the size of the tree. They were very thorough with cleaning the site before they left. They also trimmed another tree on my property to remove limbs from my house. If you need trees removed or trimmed DO NOT HESITATE to hire this company - excellent customer service, knowledgeable and experienced crew, and they delivered on everything they said they were going to do on the job. This company was by far one of the best to perform work on my property, in the 22 years I have owned this house.

Very fast and efficient operation. 60-70 foot tree was gone before noon, started at 8am. Great cleanup of all the little twig and branch stuff. Drone roof view too. Called for an estimate and was offered one same day within the hour. Joe and George arrived and quickly got to work on assessing what needed to be done and provided a price quickly and fairly. (I'll admit I called for a second opinion and their price could not be best) Easy scheduling to accommodate not only ours but our neighbors needs as we needed access to part of their property due to the tree's placement. We were provided a quote verbally and in writing via email and confirmed our scheduled services. The night before they checked in with me to make sure we were still on and communicated promptly when they were due to arrive the day of. Work was performed quickly and neatly, not causing much much noise by only turning on chipper and chainsaw when in use. Clean up was a team effort and it looked like they were never even there. The service started with a professional phone call from Joe on a Thursday. I told Joe a part of a tree fell down in our yard from a storm. He came over the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest around. Then he sent over a team of professionals on Friday to remove the down tree that was blocking a driveway. The team was in and out in 1-hour. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and how quickly they worked. Then the crew came back out Saturday to take down the remaining tree and stump grind two of our stumps. Once again, the crew was fast and efficient. Not to mention they did this in 95 degree heat. GM2 Tree Service is easily the best company I hired for a job in quite a while. Do not hesitate to call them for any tree service.
